Peña Family Care Services LLC does not provide emergency medical services or emergency response of any kind. This notice is intended to clearly communicate the limitations of our services and to prevent unsafe reliance in urgent situations.

No Emergency Care

Our caregivers provide private-pay, non-medical home care services only. We are not an emergency service provider and do not offer urgent medical response, clinical intervention, or on-call emergency support.

Emergency Situations

If a medical emergency or urgent health situation occurs, clients, family members, or caregivers must immediately call 911 or seek assistance from local emergency services.

Peña Family Care Services LLC should not be contacted in place of emergency responders.

Client and Family Responsibility

Clients and authorized representatives acknowledge that they understand the non-emergency nature of services provided and agree to maintain appropriate emergency plans, including access to emergency contact numbers and medical providers.
